Essential Functions
- Selling Corvette parts primarily through in-coming phone calls.
- Customer Service: answering questions and finding solutions to problems while utilizing our software, website and 200 years of experienced staff.
- Following up with previous customers.
- Generating quotes for international orders.
- Online chatting through our website.
- Demonstrates a high level of customer service empathy, professionalism, and respect.
- Returns all internal/external calls, emails, and faxes in a timely manner, ensuring that customers’ concerns are understood, and resolution is clearly explained.
- Process customer orders/changes/ returns according to established department policies and procedures.
- Exemplifies high levels of quality, productivity, and efficiency in a manner consistent with continuous quality improvement.
- Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
- A willingness to learn and a passion for helping people.
- Answering customer requests or inquiries concerning services, products, billing, etc.
- Delivering superior service identifying and resolving customers’ issues using problem-solving skills.
- Building a positive rapport across a variety of personality types
- Continually maintaining a working knowledge of our clients’ products, services, and Promotions.
- Putting the customer first and remaining polite and professional at all times.
