What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and repeat customers.
- Generate leads and close sales through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to expand your network.
- Prepare project bids, negotiate contracts, and hit sales targets.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage client interactions.
- Travel to client sites (valid driver's license required).
What We're Looking For
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for closing deals.
- B2B sales experience 2 years REQUIRED.
- Restoration industry experience REQUIRED
- Strong communication skills to build value and trust with clients.
- Ability to travel (75% preferred).
Compensation: Starting at $70K (Base Commission Bonuses)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts
