Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with scheduling subcontractors, inspections, and job-site visits
- Support permit applications and follow-up with municipalities and inspectors
- Maintain job files, project notes, photos, and related documentation
- Assist with material ordering, deliveries, and vendor coordination
- Communicate with homeowners, subcontractors, and internal staff regarding project status
- Support project managers with scope documentation, site measurements, and progress updates
- Help track project timelines, change orders, and closeout items
- Perform job-site visits to verify scope, document progress, and assist with coordination
- Assist with light hands-on work as needed, including finish carpentry, framing support, punch work, and minor repair tasks
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Some construction experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and job-site practices
- Experience with finish carpentry, framing, or general repair work is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver's license required
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must have a clean driving record, as this position will require driving company vehicles
