ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Monitor work quality, job-site safety and housekeeping standards
• Maintain daily logs and coordinate schedules with the Project Manager

Rough and Finish Carpentry

• Insulation and Drywall Finish Work
• Painting and Finishing
• Roofing and Siding
• Floor coverings, Tile, Carpet
• Window and Door Installation (Interior and Exterior)
• Cabinet and fixture Installation
• Thorough understanding of residential remodeling/commercial repair process
• Construction knowledge

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English
• Must be reliable, customer-oriented and willing to be part of a team
• Physically capable and willing to work in PPE and to perform labor-intensive work
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly
• Must be able and willing to work outside during inclement weather and/or inside tight spaces
• Reliable transportation and tools
• Background check and pre-employment drug screen are requirements of employment.

OTHER DUTIES:

• Maintain a high level of personal grooming and appearance.
• Wear a clean, neat, and proper company uniform every day.
• Meet company standards for attendance and punctuality.
• Maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the company.
• Attend training meetings as required.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to recognize problems, and rectify them.
• Makes recommendation to manager as to how to resolve customer complaints, or has ability to resolve the problem.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience required.
• Driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Basic mathematics skills.

This position is moderately physical. There is extensive walking, standing, stooping, and bending. Traveling to each location requires the safe operation of a vehicle. Ability to work with computer keyboard, monitor and mouse for extended periods of time. Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
