The Registration Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that State, County and City Registrations and Renewals are registered in a timely manner for all Coinstar Kiosks.
Key Responsibilities
The typical starting pay range for this position is between $20.53 - $25.66 per hour. Coinstar utilizes geographically based pay ranges, within the United States, which allows us to pay competitively and consistently based on location. Within the range for the applicable geographic area, individual pay is determined by several factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Employees in this position have the potential to increase their pay up to $30.79 per hour, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing demonstrated and continuous performance in the role. Short-Term incentives are a part of the total compensation package and are based on Company and Individual performance.

Sedentary work involves remaining in a stationary position most of the time in front of a computer, using a keyboard, mouse and telephone. Regularly operate a computer and other office equipment. Occasionally move about the work site to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc. Exert up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or regularly move objects. Communicate and exchange information with co-workers and other individuals in person and electronically.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete State, County, and City registrations for new locations and process timely renewals.
- Maintain license tracker pertaining to registered, closed and completed registrations, and research licenses that have not been received.
- Act as the point of contact for City, County, and State regarding any registration issues.
- Perform adminsitratrive duties such as filing, maintaining, and mailing the business licenses.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- 2 years’ experience in business registration or equivalent experience (for example: A/P, A/R, office admin) required.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Working Knowledge of Word, Excel and Adobe.
- Ability to work independently and accurately on multiple assignments/projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to ensure on-time registrations.
- Good research, problem solving and communication (written and verbal) skills are required.
- Understanding of State, County, and City registrations for business licenses preferred.
- Our corporate headquarters is in Bellevue, WA (Seattle area) and this role requires a minimum of one day per week in the office.
- This position requires minimal to no business travel.
