Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Director of Regional Operations located in Pasadena, CA, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operational efficiency, managing regional teams, and ensuring alignment with company goals. Responsibilities will include analyzing data for operational improvements, developing budgets, streamlining customer service processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Senior Director will provide strategic leadership while fostering collaboration across departments to optimize performance and growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Operations Management and Analytical Skills to optimize processes, monitor KPIs, and identify areas for improvement.
- Strong Team Management and interpersonal skills to lead, inspire, and develop regional teams effectively.
- Expertise in Budgeting and resource allocation to ensure financial efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
- Demonstrated ability to enhance Customer Service operations to meet and exceed client needs and expectations.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to support cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in the finance, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field preferred.
