This position will involve comprehensive responsibility for the strategy and execution of structured finance-related activities, including transaction design, securitization strategies, financial model building, risk assessment, and cross-departmental collaboration.
You will lead the team to drive key financing projects, optimize capital structure through data-driven strategies, and support business growth.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall planning and execution of structured finance and securitization projects.
Design and optimize financing structures, funding strategies, and transaction models.
Responsible for financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and capital structure analysis.
Work closely with internal and external teams (finance, legal, risk, product, etc.) to drive project implementation.
Identify and assess financing risks and propose feasible solutions.

🎓 Job Requirements
10 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, or related financial fields.
Proficient in structured finance instruments, capital structure design, and securitization processes.

Experience in managing large projects and leading teams.
Excellent problem-solving and cross-team communication skills.
Bachelor's degree or above in business, finance, or economics.
