Location: Middletown, PA
Classification: Full-Time, Hourly
Hours: 6:00am to 2:00pm Monday through Friday (Note: Training schedule may vary from actual schedule)
Pay: $1.00 increase to your current hourly rate

What You’ll Do
As a Lead Machine Operator at CoinWrap, you’ll take ownership of high-precision coin processing and wrapping machines. You’ll keep production running smoothly, meet daily quotas, and ensure every roll meets strict quality standards.
Your responsibilities include:
- Load machinery with loose product (coin) from bag (manual action) or bulk lift
- Monitor machinery functions and repair as needed
- Monitor production process
- Load and replenish supplies including paper and boxes
- Fold boxes for finished product packaging
- Package and audit finished product
- Document production activity
- Clean and maintain equipment and work area
- May be certified for forklift and or electric pallet jack use
- May be trained on maintenance and mechanical repair of equipment
- May be trained in materials handling operations
- Other duties or special projects as assigned.

Ideal candidates will have:
- A natural mechanical aptitude you enjoy understanding how machines work
- Experience or interest in production, assembly, repair, or light maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive precision work
- Basic math, reading, and documentation skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- A safety-first mindset and a positive attitude
