CoinOMatic is seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Lead to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, support a small team, and keep our logistics and inventory running efficiently.
⭐ Responsibilities- Supervise daily warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, picking, staging, packing)
- Lead, train, and support warehouse associates
- Maintain accurate inventory control, cycle counts, and product labeling
- Perform order fulfillment, load/unload trucks, and verify documentation
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material-handling equipment
- Improve workflow, storage systems, and warehouse efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Communicate with logistics, service, and operations teams to meet deadlines
- 3 years of warehouse experience
- Knowledge of logistics, distribution, and inventory management systems (ERP/WMS)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Experience in appliance, equipment, or parts distribution
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Mechanical aptitude or comfort handling equipment
