We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join the Marketing team in our Advisory practice near one of our East Coast offices.
CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.

YOUR ROLE.
Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
- Collaborate with advisory marketing directors/managers and practice teams to support campaigns and initiatives
- Execute marketing communications across channels: email, digital, advertising, webcasts, and media
- Ensure consistent messaging across website, collateral, and proposals
- Coordinate events, sponsorships, speaking engagements, and networking opportunities
- Use CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo) to execute and analyze campaigns
- Support reporting and performance tracking of marketing programs
- Partner with sales and marketing colleagues to enhance the client experience and support growth initiatives
- Assist with budget tracking and vendor coordination
The successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with proactive communication skills
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Experience using Copilot for AI-powered insights and content assistance
- Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting

- Understanding of SEO, campaign analytics, and digital KPIs
- Comfort with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Miro, Asana)
