Role Description
This is a remote volunteer role for a Contributing Writer at Cohesive Magazine. The selected candidate will craft compelling articles on topics related to fashion, art, politics , and entertainment, conduct research, and collaborate with the editorial team to align content with the magazine's vision. Responsibilities include brainstorming fresh ideas, adhering to deadlines, and ensuring content meets editorial standards and resonates with global audiences.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Writing, Creative Writing, and Article Development
- Experience in Research and Content Strategy to develop engaging pieces is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Proofreading and Editing to ensure quality and accuracy of content
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate within a remote environment
- Passion for storytelling with an interest in fashion, art, and entertainment or any other niche they feel comfortable
- Familiarity with digital publication processes is a plus
- An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field is preferred but not required
