Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform optical testing of wafers and chips
- Handle millimeter size die with tweezers
- Handle optical components according to instructions
- Steady hands and good eyesight
- Attention to details
- Ability to strictly follow instructions and execute tests per the test plan
- Experience with optical testing using a laser is desired
- May require occasional overtime and flexibility in work hours to accommodate the company’s needs
- Occasional lifting of objects or materials up to 20 pounds for administrative tasks
- Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and procedures closely while offering suggestions for continuous improvement
- Experience with networked PC based computer system
- High school diploma
- This position is on-site
- Regular use of a computer and other office equipment is necessary
- Interaction with team members and external contacts is a regular part of the job
- May require occasional overtime and flexibility in work hours to accommodate the executive’s needs
- Sitting for extended periods while working on a computer or conducting meetings.
- Use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling documents.
- Occasional lifting of objects or materials up to 20 pounds for administrative tasks.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Mobility within the office environment to attend meetings or interact with colleagues.
