Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Finance in overseeing all financial aspects of the Global Supply Chain organization.
- Track and report cost savings across departments, ensuring alignment with budget targets and strategic goals
- Ensure accuracy of baseline targets for cost-saving plans and ensure accuracy in the data reporting.
- Monitor and analyze operating expenses, identify cost drivers, and recommend actionable savings opportunities
- Prepare dashboards and reports that communicate initiative progress, savings realization, and financial impact
- Collaborate with procurement, operations, and department heads to validate savings and ensure sustainability
- Support monthly business review presentations with financial insights
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
- 3-6 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.
- Outstanding knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft office tools.
- Oracle and Hyperion are a plus.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial analysis.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
