A boutique real estate investment management firm is seeking an Investment Associate for a newly created position. This individual will work closely with the investment team on financial analysis, due diligence, underwriting of potential acquisitions, asset management, and evaluation of joint venture partners (both existing and prospective). The firm recently raised capital for a new fund, anticipates high deployment activity across diverse asset classes, and requires strong Argus experience.

Salary : $125,000 - $150,000
