We are looking for a reliable and energetic Prep & Sandwich Maker to join our team and help us deliver great food and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion sandwich ingredients, spreads, and toppings according to shop standards.
• Assemble sandwiches, wraps, and bagel creations quickly and accurately.
• Ensure all food items are prepared, stored, and handled safely following health and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized prep and sandwich station throughout the shift.
• Restock and rotate supplies as needed to ensure freshness and availability.
• Accurately take and fulfill customer orders in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist with catering orders and packaging to-go items.
• Support team members with opening and closing duties as required.
• Communicate effectively with bakery and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food prep, deli, or sandwich making preferred but not required (willing to train the right candidate).

•Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.

•Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

•Excellent customer service and communication skills.

•Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.

•Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
