Role Description
This is a full-time in-office role for a Mortgage Processor located in Cincinnati, OH. The Mortgage Processor will be responsible for reviewing and preparing loan documentation, verifying borrower information, coordinating with underwriters, and ensuring that all required documents are gathered accurately and submitted in a timely manner. Additional responsibilities include maintaining clear communication with clients, loan officers, and other parties involved to ensure a smooth mortgage process and adherence to compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Mortgage Industry, Mortgage Lending, and Loans processing
- Knowledge of Underwriting and related compliance regulations
- Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with clients and cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency with mortgage processing systems and software (preferred)
