Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Advisor role based on-site in Norfolk City County, VA. The Senior Advisor will be responsible for providing strategic investment advice, conducting in-depth financial and market analyses, and working collaboratively with the team on acquisition and asset management initiatives. Daily tasks include analyzing potential real estate opportunities, presenting investment strategies to clients and stakeholders, and assisting in portfolio management. The Senior Advisor will play a key role in supporting organizational goals and contributing to the growth of the company's investment portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proficient in financial analysis, market research, and portfolio management
• Experience in acquisitions, asset management, and dispositions within the real estate industry
• Strong skills in client relationship management, sales, and leasing
• Knowledge of property management, accounting, and legal studies relevant to commercial real estate
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate or investment management
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
