If the idea of building something meaningful, working one-on-one with motivated patients, and raising the standard of sports physical therapy excites you, keep reading.
Cohen Health and Performance is not a traditional PT clinic. We are a cash-based, sports and performance-driven practice built around doing things the right way, for patients and clinicians. What makes this role different:
100% one-on-one care in a cash-based modelNo insurance restrictions. No double booking. You own the session and the outcome.
A true sports & performance setting. You’ll work with athletes and active adults who want to return to training, competition, and high-level activity, not just “feel better.”
Leadership and growth opportunitiesIdeal for someone who wants influence, responsibility, and the ability to help shape clinic culture and standards.
A collaborative, high-standard team culture. You’ll work alongside clinicians who challenge each other, share ideas, and genuinely care about being great at what they do.
Who this role is for:
- A passionate physical therapist who believes patients deserve better
- Someone who wants to lead, mentor, and help elevate a clinic, not just punch a clock
- A growth-oriented professional who values learning, accountability, and high standards
- Someone who believes physical therapy should look more like high-level coaching than passive treatment
If you’re looking for:
- The freedom to coach, load, and progress patients like athletes, not follow insurance-driven scripts
- A motivated patient population that shows up to train, take ownership of their rehab, and push to return to sport or high-level activity
- A team that prioritizes excellence, collaboration, and continued growth
…this might be the role you’ve been waiting for. Only passionate, growth-oriented clinicians who want to work with athletes, lead, and help redefine physical therapy should apply.
