The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring customer fulfillment by responding to maintenance repair requests in a timely manner and preparing vacant units in preparation for new resident move-ins. The Maintenance Technician is an essential team member for Cohen-Esrey to deliver superior customer service to our residents. This position involves working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. The Maintenance Technician may be required to work evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Maintenance Experience
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies
• Valid Driver's License
• Basic tools required, personal smart phone technology.
• Knowledge of property management systems and processes
• Painting, plumbing, and electrical experience
• Reliable transportation with access to a vehicle suitable for safely transporting ladders & other maintenance equipment.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• HVAC Certified
• Proven 1 year of HVAC experience
  
  
  

Compensation* $24- $26

• Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
