Cohen-Esrey Communities, LLC. is currently seeking a Custodian for our property at Lincoln, Lee, amp; Heritage in Hastings, NE. This position requires regular travel between assigned properties.

Responsibilities
- Maintain Property Appearance amp; Cleanliness
- Follow Safety amp; Equipment Procedures
- Monitor Property Conditions
- Support Maintenance amp; Property Operations
Qualifications
- Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly
- Reliable transportation
- Basic computer literacy (or ability to learn property systems)
Compensation* $18 - $20
*Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
