Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, located in New Hyde Park, NY. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, answering and directing phone calls, maintaining schedules, and providing executive support when needed. Additional responsibilities include organizing and maintaining files, handling correspondence, and supporting clerical and operational duties to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication within the facility.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance, including managing schedules and organizing tasks
- Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and professional Communication
- Experience with Clerical Skills such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is highly desirable
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher is a plus
- Previous experience in a healthcare or pediatric setting is beneficial
