We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team, specializing in auto body repair. Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas as needed.
- Perform auto body repairs, including dent removal and surface restoration.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools for various tasks related to vehicle maintenance and detailing.
- Conduct buffing and polishing of painted surfaces to achieve desired shine and clarity.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Requirements
- As an Experienced Painter, you'll be expected to be highly skilled in painting (base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats), blending adjacent panels, and paint correcting vehicles.
- Previous experience in auto body repair, painting, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience with vehicle maintenance are essential.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed during the painting process.
