High School Math Teacher

Cohasset High School seeks a certified candidate for a position in high school math. The ideal candidate has experience and enthusiasm for teaching all levels of high school math. Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience in AP Calculus and Differential Calculus. The performance responsibilities commonly associated with the position include but are not limited to: ●Possess a strong knowledge of curriculum and instruction ●Be able to apply Universal Design Strategies ●Develop lesson plans that align with the state standards and district-determined high-quality instructional curricula and are culturally and linguistically responsive ●Promote high standards and expectations for student achievement ●Communicate necessary information regularly to students, colleagues, and parents/guardians regarding student progress and student needs ●Promote equity and appreciation of diversity
