JOB TITLE: Dietary Aide-weekend 8:30am-6:30pm and on call
Part Time
Pay Range: $18.00-$21.00 DOQ
REPORTS TO: Housing Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Prepare monthly menu 2. Assist House Manager with food orders3. Organize, clean, and maintain sanitary conditions in the kitchen4. Prepare three daily meals as well as snacks for residents5. Maintain knowledge of residents’ special dietary needs or likes/dislikes.6. Instructs care givers on proper sanitary regulations7. Instructs care givers on setting tables, serving residents, clearing dishes, loading, and running dishwasher 8. Stays within set budget on all food orders and purchases9. Meet with residents periodically to assess food preferences10. Prepare and track guest meals11. Communicate detailed instructions to staff for evening and weekend meals and baking12. Interact with residents and observe food and liquid intake13. Work with House Manager on food preparation/service for special events14. Maintain confidentiality of residents personal and medical information.
