Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter located/ The Recruiter will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring process. Key responsibilities include developing job descriptions, posting job openings on various platforms, building a strong pipeline of candidates, and maintaining a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter will also collaborate with hiring managers to meet organizational talent needs and drive strategies to attract top talent.
Qualifications
- Strong talent sourcing and screening skills, with experience using recruiting platforms and tools
- Knowledge of recruitment strategies, including candidate pipeline development and employer branding
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers to meet workforce planning needs
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and compliance in hiring processes
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- Prior experience in recruiting within the tech or business intelligence sector is an advantage
