About the Role
Our client, a cutting-edge electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer, is seeking a Program Manager – AI to lead initiatives focused on advancing artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) programs supporting autonomous systems. The ideal candidate will combine technical depth with strong program management experience to deliver high-impact results in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end program management for AI and machine learning initiatives supporting autonomous driving and robotics.
Partner with cross-functional engineering, data science, and product teams to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
Develop and track AI/ML development roadmaps, metrics, and success KPIs for autonomous systems.
Manage project risks, dependencies, and resource allocation across multiple teams.
Ensure alignment with organizational priorities, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
Communicate progress, challenges, and strategic updates to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Proven experience as a Program or Project Manager in AI/ML, autonomous systems, robotics, or automotive/aerospace environments.
Strong familiarity with autonomous system KPIs and engineering performance metrics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and hybrid work environment.
