Job Description:
We are looking for Software Engineers with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team, building AI-powered Systems.
Experience And Technical Skills:
- 4 yrs (Engineer) / 6 yrs (Sr. Engineer) / 8 yrs (Principal Engineer) building production software.
- Strong full-stack capabilities - backend services, APIs, databases, and (nice-to-have) frontend development.
Languages: TypeScript/Node.js (primary), Python (advanced), SQL (advanced).
Databases: PostgreSQL, query planning.
Workflow: Temporal/Airflow/Prefect/Cadence.
Cloud/Infra: AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Azure.
Monitoring: Datadog/Grafana/PrometheNew Relic/Sentry.
Preferred Skills:
- Building workflow engines, orchestration systems, or process automation tools.
- Integrating AI/LLM capabilities into production applications.
- Creating configuration systems, admin tools, or workflow builders for non-technical users.
