Salary And Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $95,000/Year to $115,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced UX researcher preferably with experience in Wealth Mgmt/Capital markets responsible for helping define and drive the future of our product. You will reveal what our users need from our products by conducting research working with cross-functional teams and performing usability studies. These responsibilities also include inspiring change delivering oral and written presentations evaluating qualitative and quantitative data and helping the UX team better
Responsibilities
Conducting User Research: use various research methods including interviews surveys usability testing and field studies to gather data about user behavior and preferences. Evaluating and Reviewing Existing Products: Analyzing the user experience of existing product and services to identify areas for improvement. Analyzing Data: Interpreting data collected from user research identifying trends and extracting meaningful insights. Communicating Insights: Clearly and concisely presenting research findings to designers and other stakeholders ensuring that insights are understood and actionable. Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Working closely with designers engineers product managers and other team members to ensure that research findings inform design and development decisions. Promoting User-Centered Design: Championing user-centered design principles and ensuring that research findings are used to create positive and inclusive experiences for all users.
