- Experience in designing & developing automation solutions using UiPath
- A Professional Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Computer Science or Information Technology
- Must have 4 years of proven development experience working on live projects in UiPath
- Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator and other UiPath components
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, Java or Python is desired
- Experience of working within an agile, continuous integration environment
- Hands-on experience in writing Oracle PL/SQL scripting for reporting requirements
- Must have certification in UiPath
- Experience in working with Healthcare domain is a plus
- Experience in working with JIRA and Kanban board
- Good understanding of Process Design documents, technical design documents within the automation space
- Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for automation projects
- Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using UiPath Studio
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of automation workflows to ensure they meet business requirements and are free of defects
- Set up the UiPath environment and install, configure and maintain Splunk and other logging tools to meet organization needs.
- Monitor RPA processes running on cloud platforms Azure and AWS and ensure their smooth operation
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA processes in a timely manner
- Assist in deployment of new UiPath RPA processes in Orchestrator and updates to existing ones.
- Provide technical support to end users and stakeholders, addressing their queries and concerns
- Maintain documentation for RPA support activities, including incident reports, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in UiPath and associated tools/technologies
- Monitor application performance and implement performance improvements as needed
- Assist with application upgrades, patches and maintenance activities.
