Technical product analyst
The Technical product analyst with 14 year of experience as analyst and to prepare for system analysis of the loan origination reimagination efforts. The TPA will perform technical system analysis, and document within Azure DevOps (ADO) Epics, Features and Product Backlog Items (PBIs). This role requires a deep understanding of project scope management and stakeholder engagement, utilizing Agile PLM and Scrum methodologies. The candidate will work in a hybrid model with a focus on day shifts, contributing to the company’s strategic goals
Location: Vienna, VA

Responsibilities:
Perform system analysis on Real Estate Loan Origination Reimagination for the capabilities collected for point of sale, LOS, Product and Pricing, and CRM solutions
Develop and refine requirements in ADO.
Analytics of the requirements coverage in systems
Perform System Analysis of business flows, use cases, business requirements and document them in ADO by creating PBIs.
Complete Backlog refinements and estimates for sprint planning in ADO.
Attend Sprint ceremonies, including refinement meetings with developer(s) and tester(s).
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deploy the system according to the sprint plan.
Utilize Agile PLM tools to streamline project processes and improve overall efficiency.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project management.
Identify and resolve project issues promptly to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until November 4th , 2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $81,300 – $163,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
