Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Developer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Spark SparkSQL and Python and will contribute to developing innovative solutions that drive our companys success. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects that impact society positively all within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust data processing solutions using Spark and SparkSQL to enhance data analytics capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize data pipelines ensuring efficient data flow and processing.
• Utilize Python to create scalable and maintainable code that supports various business applications and data-driven projects.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables and seamless user experiences.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
• Document technical specifications and processes to ensure clarity and knowledge sharing across the team.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate best practices and innovative solutions into projects.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions that meet business needs.
• Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the development lifecycle.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data-related issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Contribute to the development of data governance frameworks to maintain data integrity and quality across the organization.
• Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge contributing to personal and team growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate proficiency in Spark and SparkSQL with a proven track record of successful project implementations.
• Exhibit strong programming skills in Python with experience in developing scalable applications.
• Possess excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to address complex data challenges.
• Show effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Have a solid understanding of data processing and ETL concepts to support data-driven initiatives.
• Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging technologies.
• Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus showcasing adaptability and flexibility.

Certified Spark Developer Python Institute Certified Entry-Level Python Programmer
