Job Title: Stibo Architect (Remote)
We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Architect with 20 to 24 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Javascript, Data Management Functional, MDM Architecture, and Stibo. Experience in Menu Engineering is a plus.
Responsibilities

The annual salary for this position is between $124,000 - $200,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of complex data management solutions to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of MDM architecture to support business objectives.
- Provide technical expertise in Stibo and Javascript to enhance application functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Stibo solutions into existing systems.
- Develop and enforce data governance policies to ensure data quality and compliance.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business processes.
- Work closely with Business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure that all solutions are aligned with industry’s best practices and company standards.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve complex issues.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and training materials.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to integrate external solutions seamlessly.
- Drive the adoption of agile methodologies to improve project delivery and team collaboration.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Identify the areas of innovation and encourage the team in innovation and creativity.
- Utilize domain expertise in Menu Engineering to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Extensive experience in Javascript Data Management Functional MDM Architecture and Stibo.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex data management solutions.
