Salary And Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $138,000 - $162,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

- Lead the design and implementation of Oracle EPM solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial strategies.
- Oversee the integration of FCCS and EPBCS modules to streamline financial consolidation and planning processes.
- Provide expert guidance on asset management operations enhancing efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system requirements ensuring seamless functionality.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Oracle EPM configurations facilitating knowledge transfer and system understanding.
