The annual salary for this position is between $97,000/Year to $114,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

- Develop and implement custom solutions using Lotus Domino and Lotus Script to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize Lotus Notes workflows for improved efficiency.
- Utilize Lotus Formula to create and maintain robust applications that support organizational goals.
- Oversee the integration of Lotus Domino with other systems using DECS to ensure seamless data flow.
- Provide technical expertise and support for Lotus Notes Work Model to enhance user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Lotus technologies to maintain system reliability.
- Document technical specifications and processes to ensure clarity and consistency in development practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to uphold coding standards.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Lotus technologies to drive innovation within the team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all development activities.
- Mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Contribute to the strategic planning of IT projects to align with business objectives.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Lotus Domino and Lotus Script for developing custom solutions.
