The annual salary range for this position is between $90,000 – $102,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

- Design, develop, and optimize Spring Boot microservices using Java, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Lead microservices integration and system performance tuning, ensuring seamless communication, efficient resource usage, and minimal downtime.
- Ensure code quality and maintainability through best practices in testing, deployment, code reviews, and technical documentation.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership, fostering continuous learning and improved team productivity.
- Drive innovation and operational excellence by resolving complex issues, recommending new technologies, and coordinating with DevOps for smooth deployments and compliance with security standards.

- Have a proven track record in Commerce Full Stack Engineering showcasing expertise in designing and implementing scalable solutions.

- Demonstrate excellent communication skills enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
