Job Summary

Role is of a GIS Senior Delivery Lead to manage the program effectively providing client presentations /Creating Business Cases /Roadmap etc . With a focus on ArcFM customization ArcGIS Experience Builder GIS development and Oracle Spatial the candidate will leverage their extensive experience to enhance our utilities domain solutions.

Responsibilities

• GIS program/project management with a proven track record of onsite delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Esri ArcGIS and ArcFM GIS data modeling spatial analytics and geospatial technologies.
• Delivery management of GIS projects ensuring timely execution within scope budget and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards best practices and client requirements
• Manage project risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies
• Good experience for the interface integration and Application migration
• Extensive experience for GIS gata Migration Technical Oversight and Data analysis
• Expertise in stakeholder management contract negotiation and business development.
• Ability to identify revenue opportunities and position GIS solutions strategically.
• Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with government agencies utilities or enterprise GIS deployments is a plus
• Provide expert guidance in GIS development ensuring robust and scalable solutions that meet organizational needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ArcGIS technologies.
• Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new technologies and methodologies in the utilities domain.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions by conducting thorough testing and validation processes.
• Mentor and support junior engineers fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Analyze complex technical challenges and develop strategic solutions that align with business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities in GIS and spatial technologies.
• Monitor industry trends and advancements to keep the organization at the forefront of technology.
• Develop comprehensive documentation and reports to communicate project progress and outcomes.

• Possess extensive experience in ArcFM customization demonstrating a deep understanding of its application in utilities.
• Have a strong background in ArcGIS Experience Builder showcasing the ability to create interactive and user-friendly applications.
• Demonstrate proficiency in GIS development with a focus on delivering scalable and robust solutions.
• Experience in the utilities domain is highly desirable providing valuable insights into industry-specific challenges.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site responsibilities.
