Location: Remote
- 3-5 recent years of experience working in the financial services industry as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst or Operations Analyst, and a thorough understanding of end-to-end systems development life cycles.
- 3-5 recent years of experience in a Digital Banking systems environment
- 5 recent years of experience with API Log Research
- 3-5 recent years of experience with SQL or Oracle query
- 2-3 recent years of experience with Splunk and Splunk Dashboards
- Proven skills of troubleshooting
- Previous work experience as an Independent Researcher
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience interacting with all levels of internal and external clients, from entry level to senior management
- Strong communication ethic with ability to facilitate meetings and presentations
- A bachelor’s in computer science or information systems or equivalent experience
