Salesforce nCino Developer w/Java (REMOTE)

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce & nCino Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce CRM and nCino implementations. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing secure, scalable, and critical business solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate closely with technical managers, architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive high-quality technical solutions in an Agile environment.

• Design, develop, and implement secure and scalable Salesforce CRM and nCino-based business solutions.
• Collaborate with technical managers, architects, and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Lead and contribute to technical solution design and implementation activities across Salesforce and nCino platforms.
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, Apex triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning components.
• Configure and implement no-code/low-code solutions using Flows, Process Builders, and Workflow Rules.
• Configure nCino UI components including UI Groups, Routes, and Screens.
• Configure product catalog, product packages, entity involvement, exposure, collateral management, and covenants.
• Implement integrations between Salesforce and cloud-based or on‑premise systems using standard and custom REST APIs.
• Work with core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and web services (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
• Participate actively in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and development processes.
• Support solutions related to nCino Loan Origination and Core Banking Services including Deposits, Lending, and Digital Banking platforms.

• 5 years of strong hands-on Salesforce (SFDC) and nCino development experience.
• Strong experience with Apex programming, Lightning Web Components, Lightning components, Visualforce pages, Apex triggers, and Salesforce security.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and APIs.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with cloud-based and on‑premise applications using REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies, including SCRUM.
• Experience with Experience Cloud (preferred skillset).
• Excellent planning, organizational, time management, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Banking and Financial Services domain experience.
• Commercial or Business Banking knowledge with understanding of the end‑to‑end credit cycle.
• Ability to run business and architecture design sessions as needed.

• Experience with nCino Loan Origination processes and Core Banking platforms.
• Strong knowledge of nCino configurations including product catalog, collateral management, covenants, and exposure.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I (PD1) and Sales or Service Cloud Consultant.
• nCino 301 Certification.
• Experience working with Experience Cloud implementations.

Salary And Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 p.a - $135,000p.a depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
