Job Summary
The Director (DevOps Director) will be responsible for setup, configuration, monitoring and management of IT applications cloud and on-prem infrastructure. It would include vendor system integrations, network connectivity and security aspects of data and infrastructure.
Mandatory skills: ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, ServiceNow Integration, ServiceNow Development, ServiceNow Support and Administration.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules (such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
- Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs
- Implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and automation to streamline processes.
- Customize ServiceNow platform, including scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), UI development, and configuration.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve code and platform issues; support and maintain existing solutions.
- Create, update, and maintain technical documentation for configurations, processes, and customizations.
- Experience developing and configuring ServiceNow modules
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript; familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML).
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise applications via APIs (REST, SOAP, etc.).
- Good understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL processes.
- Ability to design, implement, and customize workflows and business rules.
- Develop SQL scripts
Compensation: - $90,000 to $110,000 /- and this position are also eligible for COLA & Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans. Application will be accepted by 11/1/2025
