- Analysis.
- Technical Design - Preparation, Review & Approval.
- Coding - Review & Approval.
- Unit Test Plan preparation.
- Unit Testing -Bug Fixing, Review & Approval.
- Project Promotion to QA & Regression.
- Deployment Plan Review.
- QA Support.
- Regression.
- Deployment.
- Post Implementation - Warranty Period.
- Possess extensive experience in Synon CLLE AS/400 RPG RPGLE DB2/400 and CLP demonstrating technical proficiency.
- Have a strong understanding of Pharmacy Benefit Management applying domain knowledge to service management.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills addressing technical challenges with innovative solutions.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills facilitating collaboration across teams.
- Show a commitment to continuous learning staying updated with industry trends and technologies.
