In This Role, You Will
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and PI planning sessions to align testing efforts with sprint goals.
- Execute test planning and validation activities across multiple releases and states.
- Perform database and ETL testing including data integrity, reconciliation, and schema validation.
- Coordinate with client and offshore points of contact to ensure seamless testing execution.
- Provide periodic status updates on assigned user stories and testing progress.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered
- Strong experience in Database/ETL Testing:
- Data Integrity, Quality, and Reconciliation
- Source-to-Target Testing and Schema Validation
- Stored Procedures Testing
- Intermediate SQL skills for data injection and retrieval
- Familiarity with Oracle and SQL Server
- Data manipulation and platform comparison (e.g., On-prem vs Cloud)
- Working knowledge of Databricks:
- Delta table familiarity
- File types: CSV, JSON, Parquet
- Basic understanding of ADLS storage accounts
- Experience in Functional, Integration, and Database Migration Testing
- Familiarity with UI testing for web-based applications
- Exposure to API testing
- Proficiency in Automation Testing using tools like Selenium
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile testing methodologies
- Experience with tools like Azure DevOps (requirement management) and qTest (test management)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Critical thinking, attention to detail, and professionalism
