The annual salary for this position is between $53,477 to 92,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

In This Role, You Will
- Candidate should be able to lead the team and mentor team members
- Should be able to handle the Release activities
- Collaborating with Product Owners, developers and stakeholders
- Debugging and executing the Automation scripts.
- Estimating Testing efforts
- Define Test Strategy and Test Plan

What You Need To Have To Be Considered
- 8 years of QA experience with agile practices.
- Expertise in Writing, Enhancing and Executing automated scripts for test cases using Selenium and Playwright.
- Experience with Playwright is plus.
- Experience in Selenium and Rest assured framework.
- Experience Customization of automation frameworks using Keyword Driven, Hybrid.
- Hands on experience in Java and Type Scripting.
- Expertise in developing and executing manual test scenarios and test cases.
- Good Experience in Unit Test frameworks like JUnit, TestNG and build tool like Maven.
- Experience in version control tool like GitHub.
- Good Communication Skill.
- Good to have Playwright experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
