Salary And Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $64K - $94,500 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

- Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future**
- Find opportunities for continuous automation and optimizations in the Production Environment for the Group Benefits domain.
- Design, implement and automate the continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
- Define strategies for Application Performance Monitoring, Resiliency and Chaos Engineering.
- Design and create Observability dashboards for monitoring and generating alerts.
- Perform fault injection experiments to uncover hidden bugs and monitor blind sports in the application and infrastructure.
- Perform root cause analysis and incident management. Collaborate with Development Team members to perform code fixes and run unit and integration tests.
- Assess and evaluate production issues to optimize the MTTR.
- Engage actively in system design, capacity planning and use case reviews.
- Hands-on experience building microservices with Java 17, Spring Framework (Spring Boot 3, Spring Web Flux, Spring Data or Spring JDBC).
- Five plus years hands on experience in application software development
- Hands-on experience with Automation and building Continuous Integration and Deployment pipelines using any of Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CloudFormation, Terraform and Ansible.
- Hands-on experience using Open Telemetry with Observability tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace.
- Trained / Hands-on experience with Dockers, Kubernetes, AWS EKS, AWS ECS, AWS Lambda, AWS SQS and AWS FIS (Fault Injection Service)
