The annual salary for this position is between $60,000 – $93,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

- Participate in business and functional requirement gatherings by understanding constantly changing healthcare business needs.
- Develop applications, interfaces and tools by producing clean, scalable, maintainable, and efficient code by using Cognizant and client established best practice methods.
- Design cost effective applications and interfaces to fulfill complex objects of UHG project.
- Writes and verifies code which adheres to the acceptance criteria for the agile features.
- Automate unit testing tasks through appropriate testing frameworks.
- Perform application security testing and static code analysis using sonar to identify and fix security vulnerabilities in the UHG applications.
