Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Engineering Leader with over 20 years of experience in designing and delivering large‑scale Information Technology solutions. The ideal candidate will lead complex cloud transformation, platform modernization, and data-driven initiatives, working closely with customers, product teams, and business stakeholders to align technology solutions with Go‑to‑Market (GTM) strategies.

This role requires strong leadership in cloud architecture, DevOps, Big Data, and modern application development, with hands-on experience across AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale IT solutions across cloud and hybrid environments
• Drive cloud migration and modernization programs using AWS and GCP
• Partner with business and GTM teams to design customer-centric solutions aligned with business objectives
• Provide technical leadership across cross-functional engineering teams, including application, data, and DevOps teams
• Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-availability cloud platforms
• Oversee DevOps automation, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code practices
• Guide teams on Big Data analytics, event-driven systems, and real-time data processing
• Collaborate directly with customers and stakeholders to define solution roadmaps and technical strategies
• Stay current with emerging technologies, including Generative AI and LLM platforms
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

Leadership & Experience

• 20 years of experience in IT architecture, engineering leadership, and program delivery
• Proven experience leading large, complex technology programs
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills
  
  

Cloud & Platform Expertise

• Deep expertise in AWS and GCP, including:
• Networking & Edge: Route53, Cloud DNS, CloudFront, Cloud CDN
• API Management: AWS API Gateway, GCP Cloud Endpoints
• Compute & Containers: EKS, GKE, ECS, GCE
• Storage & Serverless: S3, Cloud Storage, Lambda, Cloud Functions
• Messaging & Streaming: GCP Pub/Sub, Apache Kafka
• Strong understanding of cloud security, scalability, and reliability best practices
  

Application & Integration

• Hands-on experience with:
• Java J2EE, Spring Boot
• Python
• TIBCO BW, MuleSoft
• Experience building microservices and cloud-native applications
  

DevOps & Automation

• Strong experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automation
• Knowledge of containerization, orchestration, and monitoring tools
• DevOps or cloud certifications preferred
  
  

Data, Analytics & AI

• Experience with Big Data analytics and event-driven architectures
• Hands-on exposure to marketing events data analysis
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, GCP Vertex AI, and AI-driven platforms
