Senior AI & Machine Learning Engineer (Agentic AI)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience in Agentic AI and Machine Learning. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model, focusing on developing innovative AI solutions that drive business success. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies and the ability to implement them effectively in a day shift environment.

Responsibilities

• - Develop and implement cutting-edge AI solutions using Agentic AI and Machine Learning technologies to enhance business processes and outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and drive innovation across the organization.
• Analyze complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Design and optimize machine learning models to improve accuracy and efficiency in various applications.
• Ensure the scalability and reliability of AI systems by conducting thorough testing and validation.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to continuously improve and innovate solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster a culture of learning and growth.
• Document and maintain comprehensive records of AI development processes and outcomes for future reference.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of AI projects within budget constraints.
• Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to explain complex AI concepts in an accessible manner.
• Contribute to the development of AI strategies that align with the companys goals and objectives.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality and maintainable code standards are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to AI systems to ensure smooth operation. –
  
  

Certifications Required

Certified Machine Learning Professional, AI Certification from a recognized institution.

Salary And Other Compensation

• The annual salary for this position is between $106,000 – $119,000 Bonus depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
