The annual salary for this position is between $ 100,000 - $ 120,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

In This Role, You Will
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including PI Planning, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and coordinate dependencies across multiple teams and programs.
- Partner with leadership to assess Agile maturity and implement strategies for organizational agility.
- Support Product Owners in backlog prioritization, Epic alignment, and quarterly planning.
- Monitor team progress, health, and metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered
- Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) or Chief Scrum Master in large-scale Agile environments.
- Expertise in Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Lean-Agile) and SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Proficiency with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally, @Scale, Confluence, and Power BI.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to foster collaboration across teams.
- Demonstrated success in leading Agile transformations and managing complex delivery programs.
- These will help you stand out
- Experience integrating analytics platforms (e.g., SAS) with cloud-based solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and SQL-based data analysis.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, TDD, BDD, and modern development practices.
- Programming experience in Python for automation or data analysis.
- Ability to adapt processes to evolving business priorities and recurring challenges.
