The annual salary for this position is between $83,000 - $129,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

In This Role, You Will
- Monitor application and system health, including batch jobs using AutoSys.
- Respond to incidents and alerts, following documented SOPs and ensuring timely resolution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues across Salesforce and FinancialForce platforms.
- Configure and develop Salesforce applications using APEX, LWC, and declarative tools.
- Maintain accurate documentation for incidents, SOPs, and support processes.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce development (APEX, LWC, configuration).
- Functional knowledge of FinancialForce (Certinia) AppExchange products.
- Experience with Unix, Shell, and Windows batch scripting.
- Familiarity with AutoSys for batch job scheduling and Salesforce Data Loader.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Prior experience supporting Salesforce and FinancialForce applications in a similar environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive approach to incident management and stakeholder engagement.
