Roles/Responsibilities

• Provide consulting services, while working very closely with our clients, helping them solve their most complex business and technology challenges
• Deliver outstanding client results, while facilitating client teams in implementing recommendations that drive a great customer experience
• Lead and support leaders in business development pursuits such as RFI/RFP responses and writing proactive proposals
• Work as a product owner/product manager in agile based software delivery of business/IT transformation projects and manage a team of junior analysts
• Lead joint working sessions with clients, develop user personas and user journeys and construct business case scenarios in support of clients’ agendas
• Draw conclusions from the market / industry trends, competitor insights and support go to market initiatives for Cognizant
• Contribute to research and writing of Thought leadership articles/whitepapers and develop supporting collaterals
• Proactively support team building and on-boarding efforts via mentoring
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Applicant must have deep expertise with Omni-channel Order Management, product management and / or package implementation (like; Manhattan, Sterling Commerce, KIBO, etc.)
• Applicant must have experience working on broader supply chain domain areas including proficiency in processes and technology (systems and package solutions)
• Applicant must have experience working on agile product development / implementation programs as a product manager
• Applicant must have experience working in onsite / offshore models and may have to work in customer’s time zone if the project demands
• Good communication skills (written and verbal), Facilitation and Good interpersonal skills
• Knowledge & be able to apply frameworks to design and present a solution
• Analytical & Problem-solving skills along with working in a team setup or independently as a delivery owner
  
  

This is a remote role with 50% travel

Salary And Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 - $185,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
