In This Role, You Will
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and execution.
- Coordinate with clients, business teams, and product owners to clarify requirements.
- Lead onsite and offshore teams, ensuring smooth communication and delivery.
- Develop test plans, prepare test data, and write test cases for user stories.
- Script and execute automation code for candidate test cases using modern frameworks.
- Work on in-sprint and regression automation, ensuring continuous quality.
- Utilize CI/CD tools to integrate automated tests into pipelines.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered
- 10 years of experience in Quality Engineering and Assurance.
- 6 years of hands-on experience in UI and API automation using Playwright/Cypress, Mocha, Chai, JavaScript, TypeScript, Cucumber, and allure reports.
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools and test management tools like JIRA, Quality Center/ALM.
- Proven experience in Banking domain projects and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication.
- Ability to lead and coordinate onsite/offshore resources and manage client communications.
- Expertise in advanced automation strategies and frameworks.
- Experience in scaling automation in large enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with performance testing and security testing practices.
- Thought leadership in quality engineering best practices.
